I have had service a number of times at Waycaster. Bought tires there also. Shortly after the purchase of 4 very expensive tires for my expedition, 1 of the tires went flat. When I brought it back to Waycaster, they said a nail entered the sidewall of the tire, and therefore if was not covered under warranty and we needed to buy another $200.00 tire. What?! Also, the past 3 times we had oil changes there we had to bring the vehicle back because once the oil started to leak, then then forgot to fill the window wash, once they didn't put new windshield wiper on correctly. Well, 3 strikes you're out!! Actually it was more like 6plus strikes. We now go to Fletcher Car Care on Rt 25 by Fletcher Vet and Subway. They have been absolutely awesome. Syanara forever to Waycaster!!! Never again will I go there!!!!!
A company that works through NAPA auto parts sends out customer maintence reminders. I have no control over what they post. I assumed that whatever was posted was a true opinion.
When I went on line with this website company, I found your complaint.
We do not sell road hazzard warranties on new tires. This would make the price of the tire go up exceedingly. Most of my customers want competitive prices more than an expensive road hazzard warranty. No one, that I know of, gives away a road hazzard warranty. Would your Ford dealer replace your vehicle if you had a wreck? Would your electrician rewire your house for free if it was hit by lightening? We cannot guarantee that our customers will not run over a nail and damage their tire in a way that it cannot be repaired. Sidewall damage cannot be repaired and the tire be safe. No reputable tire business repairs sidewall damage on passenger tires.
Chris Bryson personally repaired your window washer. It had a problem that was causing it to loose fluid . He did not charge you for that repair.
I could not find computer documents for the sale of tires for your Expedition, only for your Jaguar. Did you purchase anything under any other name for this vehicle?
Your windshield wiper had a faulty clip. You were not charged to correct this problem.
Occasionally, all manufacturers have a faulty part. However, we use parts from reputable suppliers like NAPA , Carquest, and all the dealerships, and they all warranty their parts. We also warranty all our labor. There is no reason for a customer to leave unhappy. We try our best to do what is right if there is a problem.
According to our records you came back 15 times after you had the tire problem. Why did'nt you let us know that you were so unhappy?
We have human beings working for us, just like every other business. Human beings can make a mistake. All any business owner can do is make things right for the customer.
