They always address my concerns at each visit and make sure i'm felling well before I leave. They have convenient hours and are willing to make schedule changes as issues arise. With a family of 5 I really appreciate how family oriented they are.

I would highly recommend McMillen Chiropractic! The doctors are very professional and friendly, as are the entire staff, they all make you feel welcome and comfortable. The moment you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile, and i believe the staff truly love what they do and have a genuine concern for their clients. My neck/back pain has significantly decreased and i feel better than i have in a long time.

It's always excellent, but since the staff has patient contact, it would be nice to see some purell use. Kinda like at your medical doctors office. It is cold & flu season after all.

These days it is seldom that one encounters care and service far above what is expected. This is true in retail encounters, in dealing with government agencies and, unfortunately, with most health care providers. McMillen Chiropractic is the shining exception to the rule. I have seldom felt more recognized, appreciated and cared for than during my very first appointment in this office. The care, of course, was exceptional but that was to be expected after the professional and personal greeting, intake and efficiency that I experienced from the time I first walked in the door. I eagerly anticipate my next appointment!
