My experience with Dr Safris was excellent; he took time to have an honest and extended discussion about our senior dog and the treatment options moving forward. My experiences with operations were a bit mixed. I provided vet history documents pre-visit, and then during the visit completed a form that asked about the vet history-- this seemed redundant. I also had to weigh our dog on the scale in the lobby and report the weight to the front desk. Between filling out redundant forms and weighing our pup, I felt like an employee rather than a customer. Even so, these were minor issues and the time spent with Dr Safris made them almost inconsequential.
