Dr Steve is amazing. Very knowledgeable and informative. Took his time explaining everything I needed to know about how to raise ahappy and healthy puppy. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. The faculty itself is very modern and comfortable.

My experience with Dr Safris was excellent; he took time to have an honest and extended discussion about our senior dog and the treatment options moving forward. My experiences with operations were a bit mixed. I provided vet history documents pre-visit, and then during the visit completed a form that asked about the vet history-- this seemed redundant. I also had to weigh our dog on the scale in the lobby and report the weight to the front desk. Between filling out redundant forms and weighing our pup, I felt like an employee rather than a customer. Even so, these were minor issues and the time spent with Dr Safris made them almost inconsequential.
