I visited Westside Auto Pros for a routine oil change because I had heard about a coupon on their website from a friend... right away I was impressed by the cleanliness and friendliness of their customer service desk, it was unlike any auto service shop I had visited before. I mentioned that I would like my car looked over as I was taking the kids out of state in a couple of weeks and I wanted to make sure it was safe. They assured me that is part of their routine check with an oil change. I received a phone call letting me know that my tires were definately not safe to drive on and then I remembered my Dad had told me to get new ones a few months back. They were able to get my car taken care of right away and I got a great price on the tires (I called around to make sure). Finally I found a shop that I can trust!

Took my car in for some major repairs and got it back quickly. They did a great job, car runs great now! Also, they vacuumed and washed the car (which was totally unexpected!) as a bonus!! I would recommend this auto shop - very professional!

I usually have outstanding service from Westside for my oil changes. So when they quoted me a bit higher than expected for work, Ron worked with me to establish a price I could live with. They always take care of me and are on top of things.
After getting new tires, a new timing belt and water pump, and a myriad of other maintenance services, what was supposed to be 1 day of work turned into 3 days of work. I had a rental car that cost me $70 instead of free due to needs for insurance for 3 days on the car. I then finally got my car back and noticed the windshield chip to be repaired was not! And a new tire sensor at a cost of $300 was added to my car without my permission. I was not called and given an update on my car on days 1 and 2. I had to call several times a day for status reports. I just dropped $2500 on services and I'm not sure I'll go back.

This company is friendly & professional. They really take the time to go over every detail of needed or suggested repair with you, before handing you their estimates. The waiting area is clean & inviting. I will continue to give them my business, even though they are nearly a half hour drive from my home in Adel.

Getting our son's car ready to return to college we had the oil changed and found out it needed a complete front brake job. Of all things you would worry about going wrong on a car the brakes are probably one of the most dangerous items to have fail. We trust Westside to let us know about these problems and not just keep our vehicles running but also safe to be driving on the road.

Recently I moved to Des Moines, IA area from California and I had my car shipped from there. When I received the car, I noticed that something was wrong with the exhaust/muffler as it was giving a loud roar when I push the accelerator. Westside Auto Pros did an excellent job of fixing the issue. They helped me with free drop-off an even gave a free car wash.

First time you had to keep my truck overnight, next time you charge me $150 for $35 serpentine drive belt replacement, gas tank 1/4 less than I droppped off. WILL NOT RETURN.

...i did not like this service because I was charged $90 or so just to be told what I came in about, no service provided except a shuttle ride to and from waiting place to be charged during the time and was not given a quote for the service until i came back in...this is a very deceptive practice and have since spread the word about your business...
