Great place. Love the staff. Love the facility. In and out. Vets know what they're doing. They have daycare and grooming. And it's close. My dogs never yelp or cry out.

The care my pets receive is always phenomenal. My only complaint is often when I call I am placed on hold for a long time. Yesterday I was on hold for a total of 20 minutes. Besides that, West Toledo is a great place for our pets care.

We boarded Mary for two weeks and were worried that she would be miserable, but she came out tail wagging and happy. This meant the world to us. Thanks to all the staff for taking such good care of our Mary.

The facility is clean and the staff is courteous. The doctor was extremely kind and gentle with my anxiety ridden pitty mix baby. I appreciate the service!

The staff are always very nice. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and they take great care of your pet. We have only been coming here for a couple months, but they have already made us feel like family!

I tried to schedule an appointment after receiving an email, but never got a phone call or anything to confirm any of the dates I had chosen a week later. So called Monday to see what was going on. After my 3rd attempt (previous 2 had gone to a voicemail), I was put on hold for about 10mins. They had no idea about my requested appointment. When I told them I had originally requested for 6pm that day, I was told they close at 6pm on Mondays. Unless something changed and nothing has been updated, the vet is open until 8pm on Monday. I finally said that the next day was fine at 4:30pm. After arriving at 4:20pm to the vet and checking Ellie in, I requested a soft muzzle because she freaks out. I sat and waited with her shaking and panting for 20mins. Another appointment walked in and was seen within 5mins while I was still sitting and waiting. I could even hear the receptionists talking about why nobody had come out to see Ellie. Finally a few mins later, a nurse comes out with her bordetella medicine. I mention that she has had issues with her front leg lately and she said just to keep an eye on it. Finally I paid my bill and left with Ellie.

I am not going to say this vet is bad. I've loved WTAH since bringing Ellie when I got her 2 years ago. They took care of her when she had surgery and always are patient with her and her fear of the vet. I am not sure if this is just a staff change or what, but I am tossing this one up as a fluke visit. I don't want anyone in trouble, just trained better on these situations. I will continue visiting WTAH, but I hope these issues are resolved in the future.
