I've always felt there is a professional yet personal approach to dealing with pets and owners alike. Pleasant waiting room and always clean and bright.

Doctors and staff are great, kind and interested in your problem. It is clear they love animals and it reflects in their handling and treating the pets.

I was very disappointed with my last visit . I even called and talked to the manager about the visit after I returned home. I felt they were more concerned with getting the money for the shots and updates then to actually listen to me as to why I was bringing her in for the visit. I was told that she needed updated shots and things which I was okay with getting as long as she was there but then the reason she was there was completely over looked. I was told to bring her back the following week to get what I originally brought her in for done but I didn't have time in my schedule and she was sick all week from the original visit and shots.

We have been using boarding services here for years..never a problem. This time when dropping off our dog...new policy(which is not on their website) dogs that have not seen their vet in the past year will be required to pay $55 to see their vet. We brought paperwork showing everything is up to date. Now sign a waiver to see their vet or do not board your dog.. now they have us over a barrel. So we boarded our dog. Never received pics of our dog as we did in the past. Picked up our dog and nails were not trimmed.. he was there for 4 days..I guess they had no time. Talked to Ashley (manager) and had no good reason for this new policy. When our dog was seen by one of their vets.. clean bill of health. We already new this because we take our dog to our own vet. Good job on getting $55 for nothing!
