We saw Dr. Cole and appreciated his care. He gave helpful advise regarding on going care for our dog.
However, the front end service of our experience was lacking. I am not certain if the hospital is under staffed, mismanaged or just lacks awareness/care of the customers/patients it takes into its care. It was confusing as to who was in charge, checking in pets, assisting customers, etc. There was little acknowledgment upon entering & customers had to speak up simply to state that they were done & needed to check out. Aggravating! We continue to go here because we have an established relationship with this animal hospital & out of convenience. I just wish their front end servic was as caring & attentive as their vets.
