The work itself was great! When I picked up the car the guy at the front counter was very nice and friendly which hadn't been my experience with them before that point; he even walked me through how to use my remote starter. I definitely feel like I got a great product.
I didn't "love" the customer service, though to start.
I got the the remote start installation as a Groupon gift. When I called to try to arrange the set up, it felt like I was being rushed off the phone when I was only trying to figure out a date considering I had never heard of them and I would have preferred to get the work done over the weekend (due to my work schedule) but I was told they weren't open over the weekend. Over the phone, I swear the guy said I would have to pay $100 extra outside of the Groupon if I got a certain starter so I said I didn't want that one. I got there and the guy (who barely looked up from the computer) said I had to pay $100 extra based on my car for the single button. When I went to pick the car up I only had to pay $60 outside the Groupon for a four button; don't get me wrong, I LOVE saving money especially for a better product but I also like having the right information.
Also, not sure if I just had perfect timing or what but I dropped my car off at 8 a.m. and called them a little after 1 p.m. to check the status and found out it was ready; maybe I was on the list of people to call.
