The folks at the Tatum Ranch Wilhelm Automotive are the most friendly, polite, helpful, and professional car service people I've ever encountered in my 45 years of driving and owning cars. They went out of their way to help me one day when I simply walked in with a problem with my new Hyundai Elantra's tire pressure warning signal. The gentleman at the desk said he'd ask a tech person to check my tire pressure immediately, which the tech guy did. It turned out my tires had dangerously low pressure, despite the fact that I'd gone to some gas stations to use the air pumps. Not only did they not charge me for their time, they made sure that all the tires were pumped up sufficiently before I left for work. I've used the Tatum Ranch Wilhelm branch since moving here in 2012, and I will definitely be using them for all maintenance and service on my new car instead of going back to the very unpleasant Chapman Hyundai dealer from whom I originally purchased the car.
