Greetings, Caroline Maximovich calling. I am very happy with the work you did for me. A bit pricey i thought ..... but what the hey. Let me say, that the gentleman that you have at the reception desk was absolutley a pleasure. He was very pleasant and made me feel very comfortable. You have the right person there, as your face to the public , very good. The other lady who was in the office was also very professional. She made me feel very comfortable as well. The dentist was also very friendly and professional. I felt very at ease with her. The assistant was very nice as well, but while i was waiting in the waiting room, to pick up my dental work, I had a big problem with her bringing my dental work out to the waiting room and handing it to me, in my hand. I spent good money there and i felt that to be the height of indescretion. It made me wonder just how she reguarded me as a person.......? If this is your procedure it should be corrected ASAP. Otherwise all was good KUDOS. I thank you...........Sincerely Caroline Maximovich
