it was a wonderful atmosphere starting from the friendly welcome, to the tour, enjoying the quiet room, & finally the great service. Sylvia did a fantastic job & they all made you feel very special. I bought the Lazy Day Renewal Ritual for my mom for Mother's Day for us to share together & she said it was the best present she's ever gotten and will be telling everyone about this for a long time to come.

We came in for a couples massage, and it was an incredible experience. It was a very relaxed and upscale environment. We absolutely loved the quiet room that we sat in before and after our service. Our therapists were lovely, and tailored our service to each of our individual needs. The room we were in was quite big, which I really liked. It was my partner's first professional massage, and they were very accommodating to him and his questions and concerns. We left feeling relaxed and refreshed!

I was extremely impressed with the facility and the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful and always had a smile on their face. The facility was relaxing, well decorated and very accommodating. My massage was one of the best ones I've ever had and my therapist was very attentive to my needs.

Overall my experience was very good. The ambience, the personal attention from Salli Katz, the seaweed bath and massage...all were an experience I will do again.

There were a few details that Woodhouse could have paid more attention that would have earned them a 5-star rating from me.

#1, The locker/shower room did not have any signage as to where to put towels after showering. One would assume it would go in the same area as used robes and slippers, but I never like to assume.

#2, the locker/shower room did not have any tissues. Usually after showering people brush their teeth, use a tissue, etc

#3, the locker/shower room did not have a full bottle of body wash in the shower. It was an almost empty bottle of hand soap.

#4, the community room had healthy snacks, one of which was almost empty. It would be helpful if the snack/water area had small cups to hold the snacks along with a decorative trash can to place used cups and napkins in.

The service itself though was nothing less than stellar and the numbered comments above are just thoughts on how the experience could truly be 5 star.

Each time I go to woodhouse I feel like the quality declines just a little. From the receptionist to the quality of the massage and so on.

I think woodhouse has the perfect environment and has an amazing amount of potential but customer service is everything.

It was Christy's first day at the Chatt Woodhouse. I'd say she not only has a bright future but y'all are lucky to have her! The age-defying facial in addition to the firm arm & neck massage were outstanding.
