I’ve been there beforehand many times — getting my appointment set up was somewhat disappointing this time .
Nobody answered the phone as they said they would on my online application!
I had to call 10 times or more — so this is something that definitely needs improvement!
My cosmetician Marianne was very nice and efficient!!
I’m pleased with my skin, and she also massaged my arms and legs, which I had been missing the past couple of times .
The staff could be a little more welcoming since I have allot of Spa experiences, especially since your prices are equivalent to the Ritz Carlton , where I’ve been treated like a queen!
All in all I’m satisfied this time .
