After calling Woodland Veterinary Hospital my vet for nearly 20 years, it is with a very heavy heart, that I have a new veterinarian. A vet and staff that is empathetic and compassionate. I want to say that until a recent encounter with WVH front office staff, I have been very happy with WVH. The vets and technicians have always been wonderful to me and my pets. I have recommended WVH without hesitation, many times, to family, friends and purchasers of my puppies. I have always felt confident that every staff member held every animal's health and safety as a priority. I no longer feel this way. I am saddened and greatly disappointed that WVH has shown absolutely no regard for losing a longtime client despite my efforts to reach out to management and my favorite veterinarian there. I suspect that Frontline staff is keeping this situation hushed.
