My experience with the front desk receptionist, Dentist, and assistant were pleasant. Everyone seems to have been trained on customer service. Having said that, the training was obvious leaving it to feel practiced rather than genuine. In other words, its just part of the job duties not intrinsically motivated.
What changed my perspective on my good experience was my interaction with "Grover". He was abrupt, borderline rude and that experience stayed with me for 2 days afterward. I hope I never have another interaction with Grover again.
