I was in an office with no wait. The technician came in looked, Sandy Sue over, She asked why I was there. I told her. She wrote down details. She removed Sandy from the room to weighted and take temperature. She came back with her. The technician set a talk to me in a few minutes. He walked in, he asked why was there reviewing his notes.
I like that. Just confirming my visit helps address the issue. I add other feed back incase I forgot to mentioned it to the technician.
Sandy was howling and upset but he was genuinely gentle.
I had his 100 percent attention without running in and out.
I was out in reasonable time.
I visit this vet because of this.
