This was a FANTASTIC customer experience. I made an error in entering my order (accidentally ordered three sets of wristbands instead of four), emailed the customer service address, and got a personal response from Alan within a few minutes. He took care of it no problem, no questions, no hassle, without me having to do a thing. The wristbands look great and arrived quickly. Quality material and stitching. Would absolutely recommend yall to friends and will likely purchase from you in the future.
