I made a frantic phone call to Wyomissing Animal Hospital as I thought my dog was choking on a stick. Sabrina was very calm and told me to bring her right in. When we arrived they immediately brought her back to an exam room where a nurse was right there to take her to the back to check what the problem was. The nurse returned with Eve and said the vet took a quick look at her and she was not choking and not in immediate danger. While waiting I noticed that Eve had a stick stuck in her mouth horizontally. Moments later, the vet came in and I told her what I found. She took Eve back and sedated her to remove the stick in her mouth. I am very pleased with everyone taking the time to provide Eve the care she needed in such a timely fashion especially since we were there without an appointment due to the urgency of our situation. They removed the stick, gave Eve the medicine she needed and we went home. It was a fast, courteous visit where everyone made me feel calmer than what I actually was. We have been going to the Wyomissing Animal Hospital for years and have made our friends and family well aware of the great service they provide.
