I had a very different experience then I am use to. My daughter had brought my car in as I was gone on vacation and she had mentioned that it was a bit different also. I understand Chad is no longer their and he was a big part of service because he was always pleasant, knowledgeable, and very thorough in explaining things. I am hoping that things get better as I have been a customer for a very long time and recommended Zandees to many people. I am waiting for information on a part that was going to be looked for at the junk yard and wonder if anyone even remembered.

Happy customer since '06. Perfect example of why I trust 'em:
Brought a car in for some routine work, part of which was a coolant flush. Got a call a couple days later, they informed me that they realized they forgot to do the flush, despite charging me. Were very embarrassed and sorry. No problem, I brought the car back, they did the flush, and refunded me a fair amount of my original payment.

Had my car checked pretty much for safety purposes. I fell much better after having my car in. Many flaws spotted...some needing attention and some not. One thing not mentioned was a crack in the top of the battery casing. I assume it was spotted and and didn't mean anything. The crack was not mentioned at all (my fault for not mentioning it).
